Rever was founded in 2021 to streamline the returns process for e-commerce businesses. It quickly made a mark in the industry, securing over 120 clients across 40 countries. After participating in Y Combinator and securing $7.5 million in seed funding, Rever was ready to scale its ambitions and move beyond returns.
The challenge
Rever was positioned exclusively as a returns tool, but its potential was bigger. The goal was to align Rever’s identity with its wider vision of business growth—turning returns from a hassle into an opportunity for increased sales, improved customer retention and reduced operational costs.
We created a brand strategy that captured Rever’s broader ambition, shifting the brand’s narrative to position Rever as a partner in the e-commerce journey, not just a returns solution.

We revamped Rever’s visual identity with a modern and confident look reflecting Rever’s role as a business growth catalyst. We brought it all together in a new website designed for greater impact and clarity.
