Key Account

We are an independent and branding communication agency focusing on strategic consulting with an authentic and multidisciplinary team of more than 40 people.

Typical activities:

The day-to-day management of clients’ branding programs.
Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability.
Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level.
The organisation of client feedback.
Generating accurate progress reports and status notifications.
Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients.
Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction.
Resource planning under an ERP software (Workbook).

Requirements:

Significant experience in professional client relationship management (at least 3 years).
A knowledge background in branding, design, communications or marketing.
The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level.
A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Spanish and English.
Effective team management capabilities.
A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints.
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas.
The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team.

This is a 8-12 month position. An office-based role that will require you to spend time in meetings and briefings, as well as staying in close contact with clients which can entail some commuting (driver’s license required). It can be demanding, so real motivation is required to thrive. Working hours will be standard office times.

Brand Strategist / Brand Consultant

FIRMA is looking for a full-time Brand Strategist / Brand Consultant to join our amazing team in Barcelona.

Typical activities:

Combining analytical and creative elements in the conception and development of brand positioning recommendations and/or brand & communication, digital and content strategies.
Defining brand elements and tone.
Guiding market research analysis and/or analysing consumer qualitative and quantitative insights. Development of brand conclusions and recommendations stemming from these.
Understanding and incorporating into branding projects any and all available information regarding client’s business strategy: analysis and evaluation of business plans and processes including financial prognosis, market analysis, competitive analysis, business trends, consumer/target group analysis, feasibitlity analysis, etc.
Writing copy and brand strategy documents.
Presenting brand strategies to clients: presenting findings, concepts, and progress to clients. Work closely with clients to fine-tune storyline throughout the process.
Collaborating with creative teams: Includes web and graphic designers, copywriters, and video production crews. Overseeing, and signing off on creative elements to ensure that materials adhere to client guidelines and are in line with the proposed brand strategy.

Requirements:

Significant experience in branding, planning, communication (at least 3 years).
Strategic planning – The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop marketing and advertising plans that align with a brand’s goals and objectives.
Storytelling – Crafting of engaging copy highlighting the story and benefits of a brand positioning.
Written and verbal communication both in Spanish and English – skilled at communicating with clients and creative teams through presentations, compelling copy, and detailed strategy documents and able to clearly explain the reasoning behind strategic decisions, showing the client why this strategy will achieve their desired results.
Forecasting – understanding, following and predicting trends in order to develop strategies that succeed in a changing marketplace and anticipate shifting customer profiles.
A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects .
Effective team work capabilities.

Innovation Research Intern

We are looking for Innovation Research Interns to help consolidate valuable intelligence focused on innovation and trends. This group will be formed by different student profiles such as designers, marketeers, engineers, business experts, journalists, among others. The objective is to contribute and help develop creative and innovative knowledge to be applied in ongoing Firma projects.

It also involves working across all agency departments: Design, Strategy, Media, Production and Digital. The position requires you to develop weekly or monthly inputs to share with the rest of the team which will either contribute to ongoing projects or to the design and development of new ones.

Responsibilities and Learning objectives

Collect quantitative and qualitative data from various sources that relate to innovation and trends.
Perform market analysis and competitive landscape value-adding comparisons.
Benchmarking best practices.
Presentation of weekly/monthly reports.
Support strategists in daily administrative tasks.
Interns will gain experience in project conceptualization, strategy, analytics and new trends knowledge.
Participate in internal meetings.

Requirements

Students applying for this internship should be Marketing/ Business/ Engineering/ Design or Language majors, with a solid interest in latest trends and new markets.

Strong motivation to learn, and professional drive.
Desire to be part of an experimental and innovative project.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Passion for Innovation projects.
Proficiency in Mac basic software suite.
Enrolled in a related BS, PgD or Master degree.

Digital Graphic Design Intern

We are an independent and branding communication agency focusing on strategic consulting with an authentic and multidisciplinary team of more than 40 people.

At Firma, we are looking for a graphic design intern with interest in Photoshop and photo editing (photomontage) as well as an interest in social media to join the digital team at Firma.

Our team:

You will be joining a highly dynamic team of social media managers, graphic designers, art directors, and motion graphic designers who share a passion for the latest trends in the digital world, social media, and design.

Your role:

You will be collaborating in different projects:

Ideation and development of weekly digital advertising campaigns.
Creation of graphic and motion pieces for social media.
Participation in brainstorming sessions.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a large dose of creativity, passionate about design and advertising, participatory, with the desire to learn, and the ability to work within a team and able to bring fresh ideas.
Someone with a working knowledge of Adobe package (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
A student in Advertising and Public Relations / Graphic Design or similar and available to establish an internship agreement.
